Private yoga classes are crafted to each student’s unique physical, emotional, + spiritual desires. 

  • Small groups (as seen above).
  • Individuals who want to begin (learn poses or safe alignments) OR deepen a practice (including deeper asana work such as headstands, handstands, +backbends).
  • Individuals that have requirements to assist healing and recovery from trauma, injury, or other ailments.

A TYPICAL SESSION INCLUDES:

•  Up to 30 minutes for body/health assessment and/or an opportunity for emotional clearing.
•  1 hour of private yoga practice.
•  Energy work, such as Reiki, may sometimes be included.
•  Communication beyond the mat.

FEES

Fees upon request. Cancellation 24 hours - or full amount is charged for each session.
